Remain sitting or standing for at least 4–6 hours.

 Avoid lying down or bending over to prevent Botox from migrating.

 Move your facial muscles gently:

 Do not overdo it or massage the area, No rubbing, pressing, or massaging your face.

 This includes avoiding facials, face masks, or makeup application over the treated areas for the first 6 hours.

 No exercise ,  Avoid workouts, heavy lifting, or anything that increases your heart rate for 48       hour .

 No heat exposure , Skip sauna, hot showers, hot tubs, tanning beds, and direct sun 48 hour.

 No sleeping on your face.

 Avoid skincare treatments:

 No facials, microdermabrasion, peels, or laser treatments for at least 1 week.
