Our obstetricians and their multidisciplinary support teams offer all expectant mothers a complete package of individualized care throughout pregnancy, during birth and after the delivery. Their holistic approach promotes a calm, stress-free experience and helps avoid potential complications. Our obstetricians are expert in the care of mothers with pre-existing medical conditions and those who are considered as obstetric high-risk.
Our antenatal care package includes regular check-ups for the mother-to-be including ultrasound scans to monitor the growth of the baby.
During the birth
During the birth patients are supported by the obstetric team. Our delivery rooms have direct access to Operating Theatres for elective or emergency caesarean sections and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
After the birth
Our team will help you start to breastfeed your baby. Before your discharge a
- Physiotherapist will help you begin a program of exercises to tone your pelvic floor muscles.
- Neonatologist will check your baby and offer some immunizations. If any problems are diagnosed, treatment options and follow-up will be discussed with you.
